Mike Harris

Mike Harris was born and raised in southwest Missouri. After graduating from Seymour High School, he attended the College of the Ozarks, where he earned a degree in business. Today, Mike resides in Ava with his wife, Beth. Mike has over 16 years of experience in the outdoor industry, starting his career in sales specializing in wildlife products. He co-founded a wildlife seed company and co-hosted the national hunting show Buck Addiction TV until a severe tree stand accident in August 2010 altered the direction of his life.

After his accident and a month-long hospital stay, Mike was introduced to Cross Trail Outfitters (CTO) by Kirk Bouse. With two broken legs and unable to leave, he listened—and what began as a conversation turned into a calling. Inspired by CTO’s mission, Mike began volunteering and now leads the Finley River Chapter, organizing monthly outings. He also owns Growing Ideas Land Service, where he helps landowners improve their wildlife habitats. In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, sharing his love for the outdoors and helping guide the next generation through it.

Mike is a salesperson, land specialist/licensed in MO with the Whitetale Properties Real Eastate Utecht Land Team – Auction Specialist, Mike is a dedicated and experienced Land Specialist in Southwest Missouri as , with over 8 years on the highly awarded Utecht Land Team. He currently leads the Utecht Land Team's Ranch and Farm Auction division. His lifelong passion for the outdoors, combined with his expertise in land management, cattle farming, and real estate, makes him a trusted professional in the industry.
