John has over 25 years of leadership in global manufacturing, serving as President of J&B Industrial Services and a partner in ZRODELTA and U.S. Optics. He also brings his expertise to the Boards of SunStar Electric and Dallas Safari Club. A passionate philanthropist, John and his family founded the West Texas Golf Classic, which has raised over $1 million for Texas Scottish Rite Hospital. Residing in Lubbock, TX, John is dedicated to driving industry innovation and supporting his community. 

Paul is the President of Classy Llama, a software company, and a partner in ventures across finance, education, and retail. With over 30 years in nonprofit leadership and ministry, he is committed to serving and mentoring others.An avid outdoorsman, Paul’s love for hunting and fishing was shaped by an outdoor church ministry that inspired his dedication to mentoring. He has served on the Missouri CTO board for over a decade, contributing to conservation and community development. Paul lives with his wife, Lisa, and their three sons, Blaise, Colman, and Aslan, sharing a commitment to family, faith, and service.

Mike is the husband of Denise and the father of Hunter and Aspen. Originally from Plymouth, N.C. and educated at North Carolina State University in 1980. Moved to the Outer Banks in 1989. He owns and operates Coastal Wildlife Consultants. He has been blessed to have been raised in the swamps of the Roanoke River and his feet have never had the opportunity to dry out.

Lynn Reeves has been an active supporter of Cross Trail Outfitters (CTO) for over seven years, serving on both the Missouri and National Boards while contributing as a donor, landowner, and camp host. With 27 years at Bass Pro Shops and as the visionary behind the relaunch of the Lew’s fishing brand, Reeves has earned numerous industry accolades, including induction into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in 2022. His dedication to faith, family, and giving back is evident in his commitment to mentoring youth and supporting military veterans through fishing programs.

Trudy’s life was transformed in 2011 when Cross Trail Outfitters (CTO) became a part of her family’s journey, leading her children to commit to Christ and strengthening their walk with God. Deeply impacted by CTO’s ministry, she is dedicated to using her 40 years of financial and administrative expertise to help CTO reach more youth and families with God’s message.

Gerald “Gerry” Sakowski, a U.S. Navy veteran and graduate of Evangel University, has built a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry and now serves as CEO of CMP Pharma, Inc. Devoted to God, family, and the outdoors, Gerry and his wife of 35 years, Darlynn, have raised three children and enjoy sharing their love of hunting and fishing with their five grandchildren. Born and raised in Herkimer, NY, Gerry’s life reflects his commitment to faith, family, and country.
