Casey is from Wichita Falls Texas. He is married to Tiffany Allen and has three daughters: Hallie Faye, Attie Jo and Emmie June. Casey served as a full time pastor in Archer City Texas and served in the US Air Force as a combat medic. His family accepted the calling of Cross Trail Outfitters in 2021 and leads the Wichita county chapter. Casey and his family attends and serves at Faith Baptist Church of Iowa Park Tx.

The Wichita Chapter serves kids in several counties of the Red River Region of North Central Texas. Cross Trail Outfitters is a youth hunting and fishing club for boys and young men age 7-20. We are "Building Men, Preserving our Heritage and Sharing our Faith."  There are opportunities for girls to participate in some CTO activities but is dependent on volunteers.
