Wisconsin

Nathan was raised on a dairy farm in Wisconsin where faith, family and hard work were what was lived by. However, it wasn’t until Nathan was into his teenage years that he gave into the tug in his heart that he had to have his own relationship with Jesus Christ. 

Nathan felt God calling him into youth ministry after being deeply involved in outreaches most of his married life. He managed his wife Nikki’s music ministry which involved a lot of youth and community outreaches. This experience really highlighted to Nathan the need for youth discipleship. 

Nikki was raised in the outdoors. As an only child, she became her dad’s hunting and fishing partner as soon as she could walk. She is an avid hunter and fisher and as God worked in Nathan’s life drawing him to outdoor youth ministry, it was easy to see how He had orchestrated their lives together to accomplish something bigger than themselves. God clearly lead Nathan and Nikki to CTO in 2019 after placing a calling on both of their lives to disciple boys and girls using Gods beautiful creation.

Nathan and Nikki have two daughters and a son and Cross Trail Outfitters is a family mission in the Clark household with everyone helping in one form or another. They all love the outdoors but their deepest desire as a whole is to help shape the next generation into the Godly men and woman He created them to be by introducing them to Jesus and deepening their relationship with Him through the outdoors.
